Who we are
Madewise App is a studio that builds custom applications for businesses, professionals and teams. For any question about your data, write to us at contacto@madewiseapp.com.
What data we receive and when
- Contact form: your name, your WhatsApp, the type of business, the plan you are interested in and anything you want to tell us. We use it to reply to you.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type. They are sent to an artificial intelligence service (Google Gemini) to generate the answer. Do not write sensitive data (passwords, card numbers, ID documents).
- Usage statistics: we use a tool (Umami) that counts visits and clicks without cookies and without identifying you. It respects your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.
- Demos: the sample data you see, and any data you enter in a demo, is stored only in your browser. We do not receive it.
Who it is shared with
Only with the services that make the site work: Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (delivering the form to our email), Google (assistant replies) and Umami (statistics). We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to reply to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of the business relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contacto@madewiseapp.com. We reply within a reasonable time.
In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, handles complaints from people whose rights have been affected.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date above.
